EnjoyODBGamongs Ritual of Servitude (Ravager)Cards: Ritual of Servitude, Bahra, Beam of DOOM, Fergus, Harbinge. Therefore the meta is going to feel similar all the time even with new expansions and leads to a rather boring game experience. The issue here is, that this is going to continue for a long time if the ritual is not changed. This also means that some deck types will always be good, because they counter the ritual decks very well, while others are performing rather bad because they don't perform well against the ritual. That means it would be worth to include 1-2 counter cards in every deck to get free wins on 30% of the matches, which obiously helps a lot to climb. Let's say 30% of the decks are using the ritual. A trusted minion or ally can cast this spell on the casters behalf. After this path we will be stuck with mobile game on PC, and fuck that. Most traditional spellcasters consider these rituals dangerous and uncontrollable. They dont know WTF they need to do with this game. The second problem as mentioned above is the one with the meta, which formed around ritual of servitude at the moment. Masters - They need to admit one thing, masters balanced in 1vs1 are not balanced in 2vs2. ![]() ![]() Any card at 7 mana that supports a push with big minions well could be busted when summoned by the ritual. Future released minions with a cost of 6-7 mana will have to be balanced accordingly with ritual of servitude in mind. ![]() The big problem I see with this card is, that it limits design space for future card releases and also forces a specific meta. There are plenty of ways to counter the ritual decks, like listed before. ![]()
